We believe that soccer is the greatest sport in the world. Known as the "beautiful game", soccer is most beautiful when practiced by technically skilled players. Those highly technical skills are best acquired at a young age. Building on a solid base of fundamentals, more advanced skills can then be acquired each and every training session and each and every season.
Convincing your mind to act in concert with your feet is not an intuitive task. It is learned. In the best of European traditions, FC Concorde's Founder and Director of Training, Craig Sidley, believes in a structured, step-by-step approach to skill acquisition. At the earliest ages, it begins with simple touches and simple passes. As the player progresses, more and more technical skills are implemented, continually building on that initial fundamental base.
